South Woodland Hills Village is part of the planned community of Kingwood, Texas located in Northeast Houston. One of the first villages to be developed, preservation of existing trees was made a priority and residents enjoy the shelter of the surrounding pines on spacious lots.
The homes are a mix of traditional and contemporary with sizes range from 1,800 to 3,800 square feet. The homes have been maintained and improved due to the diligence of the homeowners and the neighborhood has developed a unique atmosphere of its own.
