South Woodland Hills Village is part of the planned community of Kingwood Texas, located in Houston.
One of the first villages to be developed, preservation of existing trees was made a priority and residents enjoy the shelter of the surrounding pines on spacious lots.
The homes are a mix of traditional and contemporary with sizes range from 1,800 to 3,800 square feet. The homes have been maintained and improved due to the diligence of the homeowners and the neighborhood has developed an unique atmosphere of its own.
Young families, singles, and empty-nesters all call South Woodland Hills home. Among the amenities that residents enjoy are:

South Woodland Hills Village Community Association
The South Woodland Hills Village Community Association (SWHVCA) is a non-profit homeowner association that is charged with providing certain services to the members and residents of South Woodland Hills Village.
Some of the services include the swimming pool/community room operations and maintenance, maintenance of the common areas, mosquito control, as well as deed restriction enforcement and architectural control.
A maintenance assessment is billed annually for the fiscal year, which runs from January 1st to December 31st. Each South Woodland Hills owner pays this assessment directly to SWHVCA.
