The South Woodland Hills Newsletter is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December. Between issues, information of potential interest to our residents is placed on our website. June 2010 - June's newsletter inlcudes information about the new garbage fee collection program, prohibited yard parking, mandatory swimming pool ID bracelets (must be current on association fees) and deed restrictions.

March 2010 - March's newsletter includes important information about the 2010 Census, the New Garbage Fee Collection Program, Restrictive Covenants and the Grand Opening of the New Kingwood Library.
